This information helps us improve our site and the services we provide.

Personal Information is only collected for the Order Checkout page (full contact, shipping and billing information) and the Postcards page (recipient name, recipient email address, your name, your email address).

The personal information we collect on the order checkout page is not shared with any third party, and is only used for the duration of time required to fulfill an order.

Security
Orders: All information provided during the order checkout process is sent using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the industry standard for secure, encrypted connections between our web server and your computer. This means that any information sent during the checkout process is scrambled and cannot be read while traveling over the internet to our server. Our web site stores absolutely no personal information once an order has been placed. Once the order information arrives on our server it is encrypted again and sent via email to our store.

Postcards: The postcards page allows you to send a Midnight Sun Coffee Roaster digital postcard to a friend. Our web site stores the recipient name, recipient email address, your name, your email address and the postcard message for 10 days from the time a postcard is sent. After 10 days the information is removed from our database.

Cookies
Our site stores a "cookie" (a small text file) on your computer to track some of your shopping cart information. No personal information is stored in the cookie. You may configure your web browser to reject the cookie sent from our site but cookies must be enabled to use our online shopping section.
